• The magnetic separator is applied in the tailing discarding or purification process of fine-grained weak-magnetic minerals such as limonite, hematite, manganese ore, titanium ore, etc., as well as in deironing processing of non-metallic minerals like andalusite, sillimanite, kyanite, garnet, feldspar, quartz, zircon, corundum, diamond, etc. It also helps eliminate weak magnetic harmful impurities from other materials.

3. Working Principle of Mining Equipment Wet Magnetic Separator
• The pulp flows into the cell body from the pulp box, and under the water flow from the feeding spray pipe, the mineral particles enter the feeding area of the cell body in a loose condition.
• In the magnetic field, magnetic ore particles gather and form magnet groups or chains influenced by the magnetic force within the pulp. These particles move toward the magnetic pole and are eventually absorbed onto the cylinder.
