Technological Process(Take the case of animal whole-body burning)
· Diseased livestock bodies are placed into the incinerator, and the combustion process begins automatically. Temperatures typically range from 650°C to 850°C, allowing for full spontaneous combustion of the body.
· Some fuel particles may not fully combust due to conditions, so the device is equipped with an exhaust gas purifier to ensure complete combustion. After burning, the ashes must be buried in a suitable location away from water sources and residential areas to prevent contamination.
· The incinerator is controlled automatically, reducing labor intensity. The furnace door and slag discharge door are sealed to create negative pressure during combustion, preventing secondary pollution. This makes it particularly effective for handling dangerous medical waste.
