I had the chance to photograph the entire fleet of the Evergreen Park Fire Department a few days ago. We captured everything they have in their inventory.

The department operates with 10 personnel per shift.

Front-line ambulance: Ambulance 35

Front-line engine: Engine Co 77 (2020 model)

Front-line ladder truck: Truck Co 44

Shift commander: Battalion 4

Second ambulance: Ambulance 33

Engine 51 was at FSI for maintenance, and Engine 49 (which will replace it in 2021) was out of service for repairs.

It was a great opportunity to get up close with the vehicles that serve the community. The fire department has a well-maintained fleet, and it's clear they're prepared for any emergency. The front-line units are modern and equipped with the latest technology, while the support vehicles like the Command Van and Light Wagon play an essential role in operations. I also noticed that some units were undergoing maintenance or upgrades, which shows they’re always looking to improve and stay ready. This kind of coverage helps raise awareness about the work these brave individuals do every day.
