Established in 2009, Jiangsu Aohai is a leading manufacturer specializing in marine anchor chains and mooring chains. With an investment of 998 million RMB, we are building a state-of-the-art factory to enhance our production capabilities.
The first phase includes a 180,000 square meter facility with over 500 employees, including engineers, technicians, and administrative staff. We are equipped with advanced machinery such as No. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 chain production lines, along with high-class vertical Q.T. furnaces, cutting machines, and tensile testing equipment.
Aohai uses advanced flash butt welding technology and adheres to international standards like ISO9001, GB549, GB/T20848, and the requirements of top classification societies worldwide. Our main products include marine anchor chains and mooring chains ranging from 17.5mm to 162mm in diameter. With an annual production capacity of around 100,000 tons, we continue to expand with further investments.

4. Equipment & Quality Control
We ensure quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process, from raw materials to final products. All drawings are approved by IACS members. Additional tests such as material fatigue, stress analysis, and load testing up to 4000 tons are available upon request. Magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, and fluorescent penetrant inspection are also performed to ensure top-quality performance.
