At this step, wire-free mulch (10–20mm rubber) from the rasper is fed into the granulator, which further grinds it into 1–5mm granules. These granules are then rescreened and recirculated until the desired size is achieved. During the rubber crumb granulation process, 99.9% of the fibers are removed. The double shaft tire crusher features an adjustable knife clearance that optimizes cutting performance. The knives are easy to access, replace, and can be reground on a "flat-bed" grinder.
