Product Features
1. Dual-cylinder double-acting design allows the piston to suction and discharge two types of liquids in one cycle, increasing efficiency and flexibility.

Working Principle
The gear oil pump is directly driven by the motor, and the pressure oil is delivered into the manifold. The overflow valve adjusts the system's working pressure, which is then directed through the electro-hydraulic reversing valve. With the help of the proximity switch, the cylinder reciprocates, enabling the material cylinder to perform suction and discharge operations.
When the cylinder moves forward, it pushes the material cylinder, creating a vacuum in the rod chamber, which draws in the slurry through a suction filter. At the same time, the rodless chamber discharges the grout via the discharge valve, mixer, and grouting valve. When the cylinder moves backward, the material cylinder draws in the slurry from the rodless chamber and discharges it from the rod chamber. This dual-chamber system can handle the same or different types of slurry simultaneously.
