Audi's sales decline in China in May fell for 26 consecutive months

Audi's wholesale sales of domestically produced cars in China in May was 41,760 units, compared with 46,922 units in May last year, down 11.0% year-on-year. The Audi Q3 saw the largest drop, with a drop of 45.3% from 8,494 units to 4,644 units. This was followed by the Audi A6, which fell 32.3% from 15,637 units to 10,581 units.

The DS luxury brand sold 3,201 vehicles in the Chinese market in May, surpassing 3,000 vehicles for three consecutive months.

In January and February of this year, DS retail sales in China were 2,608 and 1,541 respectively. It has been higher than 3,000 vehicles since March and 3,171 vehicles in April.
