The mechanical diaphragm metering pump converts the rotary motion into a reciprocating linear motion under the action of the crank linkage mechanism by the motor driving the worm gear pair through the direct transmission. The sliding rod is directly connected with the diaphragm. When the sliding rod reciprocates during operation, the moving diaphragm is directly pushed (pulled) to move back and forth, and the purpose of sucking and discharging is completed by the opening and closing action of the one-way valve on the pump head to achieve the function of conveying liquid.
