2. Working Principle
The G single screw pump consists of suction, discharge, working part (rotor and stator), driving part, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The working part is composed of an eccentric rotor and a stator. In each transverse section, the rotor and stator have two contact points, forming two sealing lines along the working parts. As the rotor rotates, one or more sealing chambers are formed. The media enter these chambers and are smoothly transported from the suction end to the discharge end. Throughout the operation, the pressure pulsation is minimal, ensuring no damage to the properties of the pumped media.
