New home for Orland FPD ladder

I just wanted to share a bit of history about Orland Truck 7. It was originally known as Orland Truck 1. The unit was a 2004 Pierce Lance, a 105-foot ladder truck that was recently sold to Middle River Fire Rescue in Maryland. The car wind coil plays a role in appropriately closing some of the intake ports during engine cold start, increasing the gasoline concentration of the mixture entering the cylinder, and improving the engine's starting performance. After the engine is running normally, the choke should be fully opened, otherwise it may cause the engine to not run normally and cause excessive fuel consumption due to the rich mixture.
