The Fuyi separator centrifuge is a high-performance equipment designed for efficient separation of liquids and solids in demanding industrial environments. It is particularly well-suited for applications such as biodiesel production, oil purification, and the processing of marine and fuel oils. Key features include a high G-force ranging from 6500 to 9800, which allows for rapid and effective separation. The centrifuge can handle high flow rates and solid content, making it ideal for use in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Its bowl is available in either Super Duplex stainless steel or standard SUS304, providing excellent resistance to wear and corrosion while maintaining high-speed operation.

This centrifuge is used in a wide range of applications, including the separation of fish press liquid, stick water, extract, and the purification of fish oil, liver oil, animal fats, and similar oil products. It is especially useful for intermittent discharge of solids while separating two immiscible liquid phases of different densities.

The machine consists of a robust frame with a horizontal drive shaft, clutch, brake, worm gear, lubricating oil bath, and vertical bowl spindle. All components in contact with the process liquid are made of stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and longevity. The bowl is of the solid-ejecting disc type with a hydraulic operating system, and the motor is either variable frequency drive or controlled-torque type, offering flexibility and control.

Standard equipment includes concentrator or purifier parts, inlet and outlet devices, revolution counter, erosion-protective parts, illuminated sight glass box, vibration switch, vibration-isolating base plate, flange motor, and a set of tools and spare parts. Optional extras may include a starting device, frequency converter, discharge control panel, CIP valves, and online monitoring systems.
