Yuchaima Petroleum Lubricant R&D Center will provide Yuchaimar oil-lubricated and stretched product chain, expanded product belts, and product upgrades and optimization to provide powerful equipment and technical support to lay the foundation for improving the competitiveness of Yuchai Petroleum oil products.
The R&D center is constructed in three phases, with a building area of ​​1,000 square meters. The first floor is the company's and product showroom, and the second floor is the experimental area. It shares Yuchai's engine R&D platform resources. The experimental area includes physical and chemical laboratories, disassembler scoring room, viscous temperature laboratory, friction laboratory, old oil analysis room, ICP room and cold/hot constant temperature room 7 functional laboratories, about 30 sets of experimental equipment, can carry out About 40 physical and chemical tests and simulation tests. The R&D center will introduce advanced imported equipment, adopt the ASTM international test standard to carry out experiments, adopt advanced R&D project management mechanisms to carry out various R&D work, and build a safe and environmentally friendly test environment in accordance with the internationalized safety standards.
