Independent research and development, the ship pilotage system accounts for half of the country's ports in any country. As long as it is a non-national ship, there must be a port pilot to board the ship, which is also a symbol of national sovereignty. In the past, the piloting work relied on the pilot's personal experience, but as the ship's deadweight tons became larger and larger, the port throughput increased, and the piloting accuracy increased. Previously, only Denmark and other countries had mastered the technology.
Best has developed a professional marine piloting system for pilots. There are more than ten products in the classic series and handheld series. Currently, 22 of the country's 43 ports are using Best products. In this field, Best's products have always been in the leading position, leading to the development direction of the entire piloting products, both in terms of product appearance and technology application.
In recent years, Best has spent most of his energy and resources on technical research and product development. In 2008, Best independently developed China's first coast radio remote control system. It also received strong support from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Dalian Science and Technology Bureau and High-tech Zone Science and Technology Bureau. It has passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning Province and entered the product promotion stage. At the same time, Best developed a system of accusations for the General Armament Department of the People's Liberation Army. It has been certified by the General Armament Department and is now equipped with active duty units to promote the entire army. The project has won the second and third prizes of the National Military Science and Technology Progress.
Making China's first ship "brain"
