The machine consists of a frame with a horizontal drive shaft, clutch, brake, worm gear, lubricating oil bath, and vertical bowl spindle. The bowl is mounted on top of the spindle within the frame structure. The feed and liquid discharge system, including the heavy phase paring disc pump, rests on this framework. All parts in contact with the process liquid are made of stainless steel. The bowl is of the solid-ejecting disc type with a hydraulic operating system. The electric motor is of variable frequency drive or controlled-torque type. Basic Equipment:
