From August 10 to 12, the national chlor-alkali industry promotion circular economy work conference jointly organized by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, China Chlor-alkali Industry Association and China Chemical Industry Pollution Prevention and Control Technology Association was held in Yinchuan, Ningxia. More than 100 experts and representatives from the national chlor-alkali industry attended the meeting and conducted extensive exchanges.
It is understood that in recent years, the chlor-alkali industry has made active attempts to develop circular economy. More than 10 chlor-alkali enterprises including Ningxia Jinyuyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Tianye Group Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Kaiyuan Group Company have saved energy, reduced consumption, and reduced pollution. Synergy organically combines and researches and comprehensively treats waste water, waste residues, and smoke dust, and builds a recycling industry chain of “resources-products-renewable resources-products†to achieve vertical extension, horizontal expansion, and local recycling. It has achieved remarkable results.
