It is understood that the polypropylene device has four high-frequency cylinder type control switch ball valves, which have repeatedly caused the control valve to fail due to cylinder damage, resulting in shutdown of the granulation system. For this reason, the cylinder has to be replaced every 15 to 20 days. Workshop technicians repair the cylinders near the working life cycle to make the inner wall even and smooth, and add -40°C lubricating oil to the external air system to improve the lubrication and low-temperature resistance in the cylinder.
