FD-60R freeze dryer (lyophilizer) is specially designed for edible products vacuum freeze drying, and it is widely used in food, fruits, vegetables, meals, herbs, coffee, soup, and more.

It offers a large shelf area of 58.9 square meters and an ice capacity of 750 liters in 24 hours, ensuring a fast vapor collection speed during the sublimation process. The screw compressor system cools the ice condenser directly to as low as -45°C.

The machine features a professional and versatile industrial LYO-CONTROL system with advanced PLC and a 7-inch full-color touch screen. It also supports PC and mobile phone connectivity and optional software functions.

FD-60R Vacuum Freeze Drying Detailed Introduction:

       • AISI 304 drying chamber, anodized aluminum shelves and material trays, strong structure, and high energy efficiency.
       • CFC-free, screw compressor can cool the ice condenser to -45°C, optional shelf cooling function.
