Gems Launches New Mechatronics Sewing Machine Series

Recently, Zhejiang Gems introduced a new series of electromechanical sewing machines. It is understood that the new series of sewing machines using integrated direct drive servo system, energy-saving effect of more than 70%, and equipped with an absolute encoder, can be automatically calibrated needle needle position, and the position accuracy error controlled at ± 2 °. At the same time, it is equipped with an automatic up-and-down needle stopping position and an internal exhaust air duct cooling system. The new gemstone electromechanical integrated sewing machine introduced this time includes three types of GEM8950, GEM7750 and GEM1550, each with its own innovation.

At the same time, this machine is equipped with automatic oil lubrication to maintain the machine's low noise operation.

The needle bar cavity of the sewing machine adopts a fully-closed design, which effectively reduces the wear of the needle bar, and is equipped with a mobile needle guard to solve the jumper problem when the machine is running at a high speed. At the same time, GEM7550 also improved the traditional oil level sight glass, so that the operator can visually observe the oil level in the oil pan.

GEM1550 Integral Direct-drive Automatic Stopping Position Flatbed Stretch Sewing Machine Optimize the traditional rear needle guard structure with the lower shaft eccentric to directly drive the needle guard crank, which reduces the difficulty of machining the housing and also reduces the spare parts by 20%. This model also adopts a new pick-up line splitter design, which makes the needle thread force reasonable, and improves the exposed pin pick-up line sub-line mechanism as the pick-up line sub-line mechanism inside the needle bar to ensure safe operation.
