2. How can I get some samples?
If you need, we are happy to provide free samples, but new clients are expected to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the formal order payment.
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawing, 2D or 3D CAD model. If a 3D CAD model is provided, the tooling development will be more efficient. However, without 3D, we can still produce samples based on 2D drawings and obtain approval.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure based on your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What's your quality control devices in house?
We have an in-house spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to control mechanical properties, and UT Sonic as a non-destructive testing method to check internal defects in castings.
