If you need, we are happy to provide samples free of charge. However, new clients are expected to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.

Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawing, 2D drawing, or 3D CAD model. If a 3D CAD model is provided, tooling development can be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still produce samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile testing machine to control mechanical properties, and ultrasonic testing (UT) as a non-destructive testing (NDT) method to check for internal defects in castings.
