At 8:40 on July 10th, the construction site of the 1 million-ton/year hydrocracking unit of the Liaoyang Petrochemical Company's large-scale oil refining project was aroused. The R-8101 hydrotreating reactor, one of the core equipment of the project, was safely and successfully hoisted successfully.
The R-8101 reactor has a length of 26.5 meters and an outer diameter of 4.23 meters. The manufacturing process is complicated and the manufacturing cycle is long. In order to ensure product quality and on-time delivery of equipment, relevant personnel of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company went to the manufacturers for communication and coordination several times, and dispatched special personnel to supervise the factory. After a lot of efforts, the R-8101 reactor was manufactured six months ahead of schedule, creating a new domestic record for the manufacturing cycle of similar equipment.
On July 10, under the command of professional lifting staff, the builders slowly lifted the reactor head using the double-lift method. The hoisting process was smooth and safe. The total duration was 40 minutes. The R-8101 reactor was stable. Stably falls on the basis of equipment.
