Marine Garbage Incinerator
Our compact and efficient marine garbage incinerator model, HSINS-18, is ideal for small to medium-sized vessels. It has a thermal capacity of 180,000 Kcal/h, with solid waste processing at 156,000 Kcal/h and sludge oil handling at 22.5 kg/h. The unit features a simple operation—just place the waste into the fire pot and start it. A 500L tank is used to store sump oil, eliminating the need to put waste directly into the tank. This incinerator is designed to meet international standards such as MARPOL 73/78 Annex V, IMO Resolution MEPC76(40), and MEPC93(45). It also complies with MARPOL Annex VI for air pollution prevention and has received approvals from EC, CCS, DNV, GL, LR, ABS, and USCG.
A complete system includes three main components: (a) the combustion chamber with a diesel burner, sludge burner, and control panel; (b) the flue gas fan; (c) the flue gas damper; and (d) the sludge tank with a pump and heater. The combustion chamber consists of the chamber itself, the burner, control panel, and accessories. The sludge tank includes heating elements (electric, steam, or thermal coil), a circulation pump, and level switches. The exhaust system comprises the flue gas fan, damper, and expansion bellows. Key features include: 1. User-friendly man-machine interface for easy operation. 2. Optional continuous solid waste loading with pneumatic control. 3. Sludge mixing via a recirculation pump for optimal performance. 4. Three heating options for sludge: electric, steam, or thermal coil. 5. Real-time monitoring of operational conditions.
