Marine Garbage IncineratorOur compact and efficient model, the HSINS-18, is ideal for small to medium vessels. It offers a thermal capacity of 180,000 Kcal/h, with solid waste processing at 156,000 Kcal/h and sludge oil handling at 22.5 kg/h. The unit features a simple operation process—just place the waste into the firepot and start it. A 500L tank is used to store sump oil, eliminating the need to put waste directly into the tank.
This incinerator is designed to meet international standards, including MARPOL 73/78 Annex V and VI, as well as IMO resolutions MEPC76(40) and MEPC93(45). It has been approved by major classification societies such as EC, CCS, DNV, GL, LR, ABS, and USCG, ensuring compliance with global environmental regulations.
The complete system includes three main components: a combustion chamber equipped with a diesel burner, sludge burner, and control panel; a flue gas fan; and a flue gas damper. Additionally, there's a sludge tank with a circulating pump and heater. The combustion body consists of the chamber, burner, control panel, and accessories, while the sludge tank includes heating elements, a pump, and level switches. The exhaust system features a fan, damper, and expansion bellows.
Key features include an intuitive man-machine interface, optional continuous solid waste loading with pneumatic control, sludge circulation for optimal mixing, and three heating options for sludge (electric, steam, or thermal coil). The system also allows real-time monitoring of operational conditions.

The Airbag Neutralization Cabin is composed of three parts: control box, power terminal, and airbag wiring. The power terminal of about 3 meters is connected to the input interface, and the airbag wiring of about 10 meters is connected to the output interface.
