**Marine Incinerator Solid Waste Incinerator**
**Description:**
This marine incinerator is designed for the efficient disposal of solid waste and sludge on board ships. It features a combustion chamber equipped with a diesel oil burner, sludge burner, and an electric control panel. The system also includes a flue gas fan, flue gas damper, and a sludge tank with a circulating pump and heater.
**Key Features:**
- Single front door for loading solid waste and removing ash.
- The door can be opened when the unit is in standby mode (COM. Temp < 220°C) or during cooling down (COM. Temp < 100°C).
- The electrical control panel is built to international marine standards and includes fuses, starters, PLC, and an operator panel.
- A touch screen and defined keys are located on the right side of the control panel for system operation.
- The PLC controls the burning process, monitored by HMI and scanned by a photo resistor.
- Combustion chamber temperatures are automatically regulated by the PLC system.
