Introduction of the crusher:
1.The machine is fitted with a special hopper and can be loaded manually or by conveyor belt. This hopper can be adapted to suit individual requirements and ensures a continuous and efficient supply of the material being processed, without any need for manual assistance.
2.The PC Series is of extremely robust construction, and the rotor is driven by a belt drive configuration. On top of the Crusher is a feeding hopper which can be opened hydraulically. The hopper opening is also fitted with curtains to protect the materials from splashing out during operation.
3.The machine is equipped with a quick-change screen, which can be opened extremely quickly via a hydraulic system, this helps to gain easy access to the rotor and cutting profile and grinding room, in order to save maintenance and operating cost.
4.The screen perforation is 60mm. This determines the final size of the finished products.. The PC Series is a fast running machine to reduce the materials to a defined granulates. The system is completely electrically connected with all CE confirmed safety switches.

To meet customer's request of quick delivery, SCREWTECH has specified model type in stock. The end-journal configuration is standardized and is possible to reduce numbers of design process by customer.
Precision Ball Screws which are accuracy C3, C5 and have machined Shaft end at fixed side in advance are available. Short delivery is available by machining supported end in accordance with customer`s request.
We produce economical Ball Screws which moves bi-directionally with one Shaft, and perform centering, precise positioning. There are Precision Ball Screws C3, C5 grade.
In order to meet the needs of customer's requested design, we offer customized products.
To reduce design process at customer, each Nut type is standardized.
