On-grid issues, ensure that the construction of chlorinated bases will be completed and put into operation on schedule.
Hu Dongchen said that Hebei Shenghua will be the most important and most promising chlorinated base. Based on the chlor-alkali chemical industry, fully rely on the coal, fluorite, limestone and other mineral resources in Zhangjiakou City to implement the CFC-based strategic ideas. It is expected that at the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Planâ€, an annual sales income of 8 billion to 10 billion yuan and a profit of 1 billion yuan can be achieved.
