Still and Box Alarm fire in Chicago, 10-13-20

This report comes from Chi-Town Fire Photos:

At just before midnight, Engine 76 arrived on the scene to find a serious fire burning in the rear of a three-story apartment building located at 1306-08 N. Kildare Ave. Battalion 18 quickly established a perimeter and began containing the flames, as firefighters encountered intense fire spreading through the wooden porches and multiple units on the second and third floors. Meanwhile, Squad 2's Snorkel unit deployed an elevated master stream, as reports indicated that the fire had already burned through the roof. Despite the challenging conditions, the crews worked efficiently and managed to bring under control what appeared to be a large and fast-spreading fire.
