The SUNTECH Knitted Fabric Inspection Machine is equipped with an optional data collection and analysis system (4-point system), designed to handle a wide range of fabrics, including tension-sensitive elastomeric and lycra materials, as well as stable woven, technical, and upholstery fabrics.
This machine can be configured to operate from plait/loose fabrics to roll, or with various other fabric inlet and outlet options, making it highly versatile for different production needs.

A1: Yes, the machine is equipped with a digital counter meter that can measure in meters or yards. The desired length can also be pre-set, and the machine will stop automatically once the set length is reached.

A2: We provide layout diagrams and feeding instructions along with the machine to ensure ease of use.
Q3: What are the electrical specifications? Can it be used directly in my country?
A3: The machine operates on 3-phase, 380V, 50Hz, and can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different countries.

A4: Yes, the control panel and operation manuals are available in English.
Q5: How long is the warranty? What if there are quality issues?
A5: The warranty is 13 months from the date of shipment. If any quality issues arise within this period, Suntech will replace the faulty part free of charge.
Q6: Can we install the machine ourselves? Are overseas engineers available?
A6: The machine is shipped fully assembled, so no additional installation is required. However, overseas engineers can be arranged upon request.
