1. Pellets from In-House Recycling
In-house recycling is becoming increasingly important in the plastics industry. Post-industrial waste often accounts for 5% or more of the total production, making it a key factor in reducing the cost of raw material procurement. The pellets produced from this process are nearly new and can be used to manufacture high-quality plastic products again.

2. Pellets from Post-Consumer Recycling
The ML two-stage plastic recycling granulator is also suitable for processing washed, post-consumer, and used agricultural films. The cutter compactor generates frictional heat during the compacting process, which helps to further dry and remove moisture from the processed film flakes. These recycled pellets can be used in extrusion processes either as 100% recycled material (such as for garbage bags or LDPE pipes) or blended with virgin materials to reduce costs. The quality of the pellets can also be enhanced through direct dosing of masterbatch and additives.
