The ML120 model offers a reliable and efficient solution for recycling various plastics like PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, ABS, and PS.

1. Pellets from in-house, post-industrial recycling
Post-industrial waste often accounts for up to 5% or more of the total production, making in-house recycling an essential part of cost management. By reusing the pellets produced from this waste, companies can significantly reduce their reliance on virgin materials while maintaining product quality. These recycled pellets are nearly as good as new and suitable for producing high-quality plastic products again.

2. Pellets from post-consumer recycling
The ML120 two-stage granulator is also ideal for processing washed, used agricultural films and post-consumer waste. The compactor generates heat during the process, helping to dry and remove moisture from the flakes. This ensures better quality pellets that can be used either as a full replacement or mixed with virgin material to cut costs. Adding masterbatch and additives directly during the process further improves pellet quality.
