What are the characteristics of the new spray drying project in the flavor factory?

The new spray drying plant consists of a dedicated, dedicated mixing area with a jack-up tank, mixer, transfer pump and plumbing. The feed is pumped into the chamber at high pressure and atomized using a nozzle; the nozzle atomizer is well suited for flavor production.

The spray dryer itself is a traditional cocurrent design with direct gas heating. Direct gas is specifically used for energy saving and is the most efficient form of heating for spray drying equipment.

The drying chamber is individually designed to ensure maximum productivity, small footprint and is installed in modern factory units while retaining the significant advantages of drying rooms for food production.

High Spray Dryer This chamber is equipped with a powder moving hammer and a top air sweep door made of thick stainless steel with full TIG welding and internal polishing.

The powder is transported directly from the bottom of the chamber to a high efficiency cyclone where the process air and powder are separated. Prior to sieving and packaging, the powder is discharged from the cyclone through a discharge hopper and a rotary valve. The waste system air is discharged through the venturi scrubber and then passed through the final packed column to remove any residual dust particles and cool the exhaust gases, reducing the environmental impact of the process.

The factory is constructed of all stainless steel, the inner surface is polished, the food quality is excellent, and the exterior finish is treated with a bright satin finish. The all-stainless steel construction allows the factory to handle the delicate cleaning that is often done between ECDL, and the product can be cleaned multiple times in 24 hours.

The internally designed control system allows the process to operate in manual or automatic mode and meets ESDT's high specification requirements for food production dryers, which are equipped with HEPA filtration for all non-heated process air.
