Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development of Civil Aviation

On April 4, Wang Ruiping, party secretary of the Civil Aviation North China Administration Bureau, led a team to the Beijing Nanyuan Airport to conduct research on the coordinated development plan for civil air transport in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, with the North Air Traffic Control Bureau, the Capital Airport Group Corporation and the joint stock company. United Airlines of China United Airlines (abbreviated as China United Airlines) and Beijing Nanyuan Airport Co., Ltd. jointly discussed strategies for the coordinated development of civil aviation transportation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

According to the Implementation Plan for the Coordinated Development of Civil Aviation Transport in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region (Draft), CAAC North China Administration Bureau will take priority in the development of international routes this year, optimize the use of domestic routes incrementally, optimize the effect of stock usage at the moment, divert cargo flights, and distribute operations. The “three excellent and two diversion” measures, such as flight routes with low efficiency, adjusted the airline flight structure of the Capital Airport and realized “cage replacement”.

It is understood that Beijing Nanyuan Airport is close to Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing Railway Station, and Beijing West Railway Station, and has the unique advantage of air-rail combined transport. In 2013, Nanyuan Airport handled 4.45 million passengers and is expected to reach 6 million passengers this year.
