Most of the production of high-performance capacitors must be vacuum-dried. Their function is to remove the air and moisture from the capacitor shells, electrodes and impregnants. Because of the high requirements for temperature accuracy and uniformity, the higher heating requirements are put forward. Since the gas pressure in the vacuum state is very low (up to 10-1 Pa), the heat transfer oil mainly conducts heat transfer through heat radiation, and the effect of heat conduction through the gas is weak. PID control algorithm is one of the most widely used algorithms in production, with the advantages of simple algorithm, wide applicability and high reliability.
