Dagang Petrochemical Industry Productivity Promotion Center was recognized as a National Model Productivity Promotion Center
The China Drying Network Information Technology Department announced the notification of the 10th National Demonstration Productivity Promotion Center. The Dagang Petrochemical Industrial Productivity Promotion Center in Binhai New Area was identified as the National Model Productivity Promotion Center. Up to now, there are 18 productivity promotion centers in the New District, including two national demonstration productivity promotion centers and six municipal demonstration productivity promotion centers.
The Tianjin Dagang Petrochemical Industry Productivity Promotion Center was established in May 2007 and has 510 square meters of office and service space. Since its establishment, the center has been dedicated to technology transfer, technology intermediary, and information cooperation integration services, and has provided service functions such as information services, docking services, intellectual property services, accounting services, intermediary services, science and technology exhibitions, technology and property transaction services, and project packaging. Since the establishment of the center, through the full-service nanny services, help companies apply for more than 600 scientific and technological projects in the country, Tianjin, Binhai New Area. Helped enterprises declare 26 national high-tech enterprises and 29 high-tech enterprises in Binhai New Area, helping them identify 280 small and medium-sized SMEs and 20 small giants of technology.
The valve was designed according to chlorine and liquid chlorine`s special requirement, using double valve shaft and new type of sealing.
The lower stem has static rotation 6 layer V style PTFE for sealing, the upper stem is dynamic rotation lift, packing`s damage could be avoided with this kind of design when the stem moves up and down. Valve plug use conical surface and flat surface to achieve complementary, with the valve seat`s conical structure make the seal surface protected, zero leakage could be guaranteed and improve the working life of the valve.
The valve is made of LCB and corrosion resistant alloy, with cushion structure design can effectively prevent seal surface hammering and noise. The valve has long service life, good sealing and high security. The valve is widely used in chlor-alkali chemical industry.
