Shell will increase capacity of LNG terminal in India

Shell of the Netherlands will increase its LNG terminal capacity to 3.5 million tons in India, and it is expected that the cost of expansion will not be too high.
On February 15, General Electric announced that Vikram Mehta, the president of Shell India in the Netherlands, said that in the coming months, the capacity of LNG in western India will be increased to 3.5 million tons.
Mehta pointed out that 2.5 million tons of terminal capacity currently operates at 110%.
The cost of this expansion will not be too high, and Indian companies will mainly go through the troubleshooting of local factories.
