What worries him is that there are a large number of robot companies with simple assembly and integration in the current market. Their processing conditions and product quality are worrying. More importantly, the robotics industry has just begun, and the phenomenon of “bad money driving out good money” has become apparent.

"Machine substitution", the government seems more urgent than the enterprise
China's industrial robots are in the period of industrial formation and rapid development, and service robots and special robots have begun to form a certain degree of competitiveness.

“We originally planned to double the output value this year. Now we may see some problems.” Ou Bingcheng said that due to the economic downturn, the homogeneous competition in the manufacturing market and the competition for price reduction are more serious. Correspondingly, the selling price of industrial robots has been declining year by year. "In the past, the price of each (robot) was about 1 million yuan. In recent years, the rate of decline has been about 30%. It can be bought almost only with the cost of the previous 1/3." But this did not affect the speed of the robot industry to speed up.

Statistics show that there are currently more than 50 robotic integrated processing companies in Anhui. Many of these companies are attracted by investment. There are less than 10 companies that possess certain key technologies, and none of the companies that have mastered the core technologies are.

The market demand is the fundamental reason why all locals compete to launch the robotics industry. However, in the view of Ou Bingcheng, those robot companies with a large number of simple assembly and integration have no market orders and do not do market research, and do not rule out that many are working on subsidies. "Assembling a robotic arm will make up for money. The government is in a hurry. This is very unfavorable for the entire industry. Everyone follows it. No one is engaged in R&D, and the original rhythm of the industry will be disrupted. What is the most worthy care for robots?
