Domestic wear-resistant ball valve research and application project passed evaluation

Summary of contents: On September 21, 2011, Sinopec's Beijing headquarters was successfully convened with the "S-ZORB domestic wear-resistant ball valve research and development and industrial applications" jointly developed by SHK Group and Yanshan Petrochemical, organized by the Sinopec Ministry of Science and Technology. The meeting was presided over by Prof. Gong Hong, a senior engineer at the loading and unloading office. Director Jia Penglin served as director of the appraisal committee, Yanshan Branch of the project development unit, Shanghai Kaiweixi Valve Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SHK Group) and Sinopec Materials and Equipment Department. Thirteen experts from Guangzhou Branch, Zhangzhou Branch, SEI and other organizations attended the meeting.

Yanshan Petrochemical S-ZORB device is the first set of gasoline adsorption desulfurization equipment imported from the United States with the introduction of ConocoPhillips' patented technology, and is currently the most important device for the production of Beijing Standard IV vehicle gasoline. The device for the fluidized transfer of adsorbent between the reactor, the regenerator and the lock hopper is frequently opened and closed, and the working conditions are severe. It is also required to achieve Class VI sealing and zero leakage, so as to avoid the risk of high-temperature hydrogen and oxygen intertwined. These wear-resistant ball valves were all imported products before October 2009. Because of the high cost of imported valves, long spare parts supply period, lack of technical support and other factors, affecting the long-term safe and stable operation of the device. For this purpose, SHK Group has established a laboratory for high-temperature material testing and wear-resistant materials since 2009. It has introduced the Japanese manipulator coating technology and the first high-precision spherical five-axis machining center in China to optimize the wear-resistant ball valve manufacturing technology and applied for it. The patent with independent intellectual property rights not only solves the problem of leakage caused by dust entering the sealing surface of the ball valve, but also improves the roundness and matching accuracy of the ball and valve seat, the surface finish, and the wear resistance of the valve. It is a super-hard and wear-resistant ball valve. Processing and manufacturing provide technical support. On this basis, SHK Group produced three CL600, DN80 domestic wear-resistant ball valves, each purchase cost about 18 million less than the imported ball valve, randomly selected one, in its development of the first domestic S-ZORB wear-resistant ball valve 10,000 switching tests were performed on a simulated test device to achieve zero leakage. After expert demonstration, the Yanshan branch S-ZORB installation installed the above-mentioned domestic ball valves on the lock hoppers XV-1009, XV-1006 and XV- on November 12, 2009, January 4, and March 2, 2010, respectively. The position of 1017 is put into operation, and the wear-resistant ball valve of XV-1009 position has accumulated stable operation for 22 months, which fully meets the requirements of process production, indicating that the overall technology of domestic wear-resistant ball valve has reached the international advanced level.

In recent years, more than 10 sets of S-ZORB devices will be successively built in China. Each set of S-ZORB devices has approximately 30 wear-resistant program-controlled ball valves and 81 manual wear-resistant ball valves. If all new devices use domestically produced wear-resistant ball valves, each valve is The calculation of imported products can save 100,000 yuan. Each device will save more than 10 million yuan in investment, and the benefits are very substantial. The joint research project received strong support from the headquarters of Sinopec, Yanshan Petrochemical, and Sinopec related units. The S-ZORB device program-controlled wear-resistant ball valve jointly developed by SHK Group and Yanshan Petrochemical Company not only realizes the localization of S-ZORB wear-resistant ball valve, but also breaks the monopoly of international brands on the key valves of S-ZORB device and reduces the domestic manufacturers' The dependence of imported equipment is of far-reaching significance in terms of shortening the delivery cycle, reducing equipment costs, extending the service life of the equipment, and facilitating maintenance.
