At present, China mainly produces 20m 2 tubular filters designed by China Nonferrous Metals Institute. The main manufacturers include Liaozhong, Inner Machinery, Baotou, Jilin Exploration, Yan Mine and Milk Machine. In addition, the soot and milk machines also produce 40m 2 and Φ600 tubular filters, respectively.
The working principle of the 20m 2 tubular filter designed by China Nonferrous Metals Institute is: under the action of pressure, the solution is fed into the liquid pipe from the lower side of the pipe body, enters the filter pipe through the filter cloth, and the filter residue remains on the filter cloth. The upper part of the filter tube is discharged through the collecting pipe to become a purified noble liquid.
Its characteristics are as follows: 1 compact structure, small volume, large filtration area; 2 good filtering effect, greatly improved than the filtration capacity of the plate frame filter unit; 3 easy to operate, can discharge slag in time.

2. Plate and frame purification tank The plate and frame purification tank of Jilin prospecting production is a special equipment for precious liquid purification before deoxidation of noble liquid in gold cyanide gold production process. Its function is to remove the solid impurities such as muddy solids contained in the precious liquid after solid-liquid separation, and obtain the pure liquid, which is to improve the grade of gold sludge after replacement, reduce the production cost of fire smelting, and create a high-quality qualified gold. Favorable conditions. The device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, easy operation, and can be rotated and cleaned during operation, and the use period is long. The liquid collecting pipe of each filter of the device is directly connected with the deoxidizing tower, and the noble liquid which can be inhaled and purified by vacuum in the deoxidizing tower is deoxidized. This equipment uses a float mechanism to control the opening and closing of the high vacuum butterfly valve to adjust the level of the liquid level.
