Therefore, fair treatment of temporary workers is a sign of a mature and responsible enterprise. Companies should invest in their development through training, skill-building, and inclusion in team activities. Regular meetings and social events should involve all workers, not just permanent staff. By showing respect and valuing temporary workers, companies can build loyalty and foster a culture where everyone feels part of the same team.
