The ZL, GYW, TA, FW series of white tungsten collectors developed by our institute are used in many factories. Compared with the conventional collectors 733, 731 and other pharmaceuticals, the recovery rate of the ore dressing is relatively large, and the cost of the medicament is relatively low, and the sales price of the collector is 0.8 to 13,000 yuan/ton.

The application of white tungsten ore dressing and mineral processing technology in our institute has reached more than 30 in industrial production. In 2008, the sales volume of white tungsten chemicals reached 1,100 tons, of which the sales volume of Zhangye white tungsten ore was 700 tons, and its industrial test index: The ore grade is 0.4~0.5% WO3, and the grade of scheelite concentrate is 62~68% WO3, and the recovery rate is 74~78%. Xianglushan industrial test index: the ore grade is 0.73% WO3, the grade of scheelite concentrate is 69.32% WO3, the recovery rate is 83.86%, which is 14.91% higher than the original process tungsten concentrate grade and the recovery rate is 10.28%.

Black and white tungsten mixed flotation

At present, China's scheelite ore deposits account for 47.92% of the associated ore and symbiotic ore deposits, and Hunan's Shizhuyuan and Huangshaping are the symbiotic mining areas with resource reserves of more than 100,000 tons.

The ratio of scheelite to wolframite in tungsten minerals of Shizhuyuan, Hunan is 7:3. Our institute has done a lot of work in the national science and technology research of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, “Ninth Five-Year Plan”, “Tenth Five-Year Plan” and “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, and developed GYB, GYR, GYT and TA series black and white tungsten beneficiation. The Shizhuyuan polymetallic ore is a world-class extra-large tungsten- molybdenum- niobium deposit with many kinds of useful minerals, uneven and fine-grained intergranular size, large difference in selectivity of different minerals, complicated process of recycling molybdenum tantalum and tungsten and recycling. The rate is low. After more than ten years of technical research, it has won several national and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress awards. among them:

Tungsten fines dressing

According to the statistics of more than a dozen major black tungsten ore dressing plants in the country, the quantity and metal content of fine mud (-0.074 mm grain size) generally account for 11% to 14% (mass fraction) of the raw ore. The content of WO3 in the fine mud is low, and the fine mud has a great influence on the flotation stability and flotation index. At present, it is difficult to recover low-grade tungsten fine mud by a single beneficiation method (flotation, re-election or magnetic separation). At present, many of the selection plants in China have mainly adopted the re-election method for the recovery of the wolframite. The recovery rate of tungsten in the fine mud is below 30%.

After long-term experimental research and industrial production practices, this technology research has achieved great results:

1 A new process technology for black and white tungsten flotation developed by our institute, patent number: ZL200410051961.1, this technology was successfully applied to the persimmon garden 2000 tons/day plant, 1000 tons/day plant, 380 plant Tungsten beneficiation process.

2 Our institute has made great progress in the separation of weak magnetic minerals in high gradient magnetic separators. In 2006, it applied for the invention patent of “a high gradient magnetic separator”, application No. 3. This technology solves fine Blockage at the grain level, thereby increasing the sorting index at the fine grain level.

3 "A black and white tungsten fine mud beneficiation method" invention patent has been applied for and published (application number. 6), this technology has been put into industrial application, so that the actual recovery rate of tungsten in fine mud production is more than 20% higher than before the transformation ( From 2004 to 2006, the cumulative recovery rate of fine mud was 26.45%. Annual production of 165 tons of tungsten concentrate, calculated according to 79,000 yuan / ton. Concentrate, the actual gross profit of more than 7 million yuan / year, increased gross profit of 2.8 million yuan / year.

While studying the new technology of fine-grained tungsten ore dressing, we have developed a series of black and white tungsten dressing agents GYB, GYR, TA-3, GYT. The new pharmacy and new technology have been used in the tungsten and molybdenum bismuth multi-metal selection plant of Hunan Shizhuyuan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. and the fine mud recovery system of Jiangxi Dajishan Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd.
