Method of exclusion:
1. Check if the power cable is connected incorrectly: If the connection is incorrect, connect the power cable according to the correct method.
2. Check if the power supply is damaged: If the power supply is damaged, replace the undamaged power supply.
3. Check whether the fuse is damaged: If it is damaged, replace the undamaged fuse.
4. Check if the power cord is in poor contact: If the contact is poor, reconnect the power cord or replace the power cord.
Fault II: self-test power, there are images, can not be controlled
Method of exclusion:
1. Check whether the ball machine address code and baud rate are set incorrectly: If there is any error, please set the matching address code and baud rate.
2. Check whether the protocol settings are correct: If yes, set the corresponding protocol.
3, check the RS485 control line connection is correct: if wrong, please connect in the correct way.
Fault 3: Self-test cannot be performed, there are images but noise
Method of exclusion:
1. Check if there is mechanical failure: Please correct the internal mechanical structure of the dome camera. If the camera is tilted, please correct it.
2. The power supply is not enough: Please replace the power supply that meets the requirements and place the switching power supply near the dome as much as possible.
Fault 4: Image instability
Method of exclusion:
1. Replace the qualified video cable and check if the video cable is in poor contact.
2. The power supply is not enough: Please replace the power supply that meets the requirements and set the switching power supply as close to the dome as possible.
Fault 5: blurred picture
Method of exclusion:
1. It may focus on the manual state, control the dome camera or call any preset position, and the dome camera can resume auto focus.
2, transparent cover dirty, clean transparent cover
Fault 6: The dome control is not stopped or delayed
Method of exclusion:
1. Check whether the matching resistance of the ball machine at the remote control is added. If it is not added, add a matching resistor.
2. The power supply may not be enough: Please replace the power supply that meets the requirements, and place the switching power supply near the dome as much as possible.
