Qingdao Science and Technology Bureau recently held and chaired the appraisal meeting for the "JA11-280 High-Grade Air Jet Loom" technological achievement, completed by Qingdao Hongqi Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. under Tianyi Group. The expert committee listened to detailed reports from the project team, conducted on-site inspections, and engaged in a thorough question-and-answer session before officially approving the product.
This advanced air jet loom features an innovative mechanical design, along with electronic control systems for jet weft insertion, automatic weft feeding, electronic let-off, and electronic take-up functions. It also includes automatic warp and weft break detection, as well as process parameter setting, data display, real-time operation monitoring, and automatic fault detection. With its wide fabric range, strong adaptability, high speed, high weft insertion rate, and improved weaving efficiency, this loom offers a high level of automation and stable, reliable performance. It is widely applied across various textile industries, including cotton, wool, silk, hemp, and synthetic fibers, both domestically and internationally.
In the design phase, 3D modeling technology was employed to optimize the overall structure of the machine. The mechanical system is highly innovative, incorporating four independent patented technologies. Following rigorous testing, the product's performance metrics have met all required standards, demonstrating excellent stability, reliability, and strong adaptability.
