2. Before the driving operation is completed, remember to close the power takeoff switch first to separate the power takeoff from the gearbox, then the oil pump will stop rotating; the manual operation valve will be placed in the middle stop position to avoid automatic lifting during driving. Danger.

3. After the lifting is completed, the vehicle should be reset to fit with the upper surface of the sub-frame, and then the vehicle can be used. Because the vehicle is moving in the lift state, it is highly likely that the vehicle will malfunction and accident.

4. In order to prolong the service life of the vehicle during the period when the vehicle is out of service, it is recommended that the vehicle owner conduct a comprehensive periodical overhaul of the vehicle.

5. The goods in the carriages are evenly distributed. Do not exercise or dump them in a severely partial load.

6. To make the gear pump work, you should first depress the clutch pedal, and then open the power take off switch, so as to avoid impact when the power take off gear teeth.

7. When the car is raised, the engine speed should be controlled within 2000r/min, especially after the car is raised to 40°, do not increase the throttle, so as to avoid damage to the limit valve and other mechanical parts.

8. Before the dump truck is used, it should be checked that the “power take-off switch and manual operation valve” should be in a separated and lowered state to prevent accidents.

9. When the car is being lifted, there must be no facilities or people in the surrounding area of ​​5 meters. Operators should not leave the cab.

10. When the dump truck is used, the chassis power take-off must stop and the manual operation valve must be in the neutral parking position. It is forbidden to operate the manual control valve to the lift and down position.
