Analysis and method of ventilator performance test

The performance test of the ventilator includes electrical parameter measurement and pneumatic parameter measurement. The measurement of electrical parameters is easy to achieve normative. The field measurement method is basically the same. The measurement method and calculation processing are not described here. In the measurement of aerodynamic parameters, pressure and flow are the most important and most difficult parameters to measure accurately.

The inlet and outlet pressure of the ventilator is usually used to determine the relative pressure on the corresponding section. When measuring the inlet pressure, the pressure measurement section is generally selected in the straight section after the fan inlet rectifier. The specific method is to symmetrically punch four static pressure measuring holes on the corresponding section, and use the tee and the hose to feel the static pressure connection U-shaped on the section. The tube measures the negative pressure of the fan. The pressure at the outlet is atmospheric pressure.

Due to the extremely uneven flow field, the choice of wind measurement section and wind measurement method is critical to the accuracy of air volume measurement. In the past, wind gauges, pitot tubes, or full pressure tubes were combined with static pressure sensors to measure the air volume. In recent years, the use of multi-channel anemometers has gradually been promoted and applied. The multi-channel anemometer consists of 1 to 16 wind speed sensors, a main unit and a printer. The sensor uses a three-cup wind speed sensor that converts photoelectric signals. The number of wind speed sensors can be selected between 1 and 16 depending on the wind section area and the estimated wind flow distribution to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results. The multi-channel anemometer measures the wind, improves the working efficiency of the fan performance measurement, enables the whole measurement process to be carried out on the ground, and the operation is safe; the wind speed signal is converted into electrical signal transmission, and the work is reliable; the influence of the wind measurement personnel on the ventilation section is avoided. .

In the past, the wind measurement section was generally selected in a uniform, geometrically shaped roadway with a flow field several meters before and after the ventilator. Due to the large interference error between the pre-rotation and outlet ternary flow fields of the axial fan, even with damping measures, the directionality of the data pulsation and airflow is difficult to predict and correct. For the centrifugal fan, the anti-wind door is used as the adjusting damper to change the working condition, and the flow field of the anti-wind door to the fan inlet section is disturbed by the vortex area. It is reasonable to measure the wind speed at the exit by comparison. The outlet wind speed is not evenly distributed, and is affected by the angle and diffusion of the diffuser. The outlet section is usually divided into a recirculation zone, a low velocity zone and a main flow zone. The key to measuring the wind speed at the air outlet is to correctly define the recirculation zone, the low-speed zone and the mainstream zone. Therefore, the flow pressure curve is regularly tested technically on the main ventilator of the mine, which is essential for safe and efficient production of coal mines.
