At the 2014 China Bus Academic Conference held recently, the China Highway Society Bus Branch said that it will promote the improvement of China's new energy bus standards.

At present, China has issued 75 electric vehicle standards, but there is no standard for the technical conditions of hybrid city buses. The bus branch will organize the development of standards in this regard. In addition, the national standards and industry standards corresponding to LNG buses are also in a vacuum. At present, only Guizhou Province has formulated technical requirements for liquefied vehicle modification and local standards for LNG passenger cars, which were released in 2012. There are only two parts of the national standard for the conversion of compressed natural gas and LPG vehicles. In order to continuously improve, improve and improve the LNG bus technology, it is urgent to introduce relevant standards.

The bus branch said that the association began to organize research in 2013 and applied to the Ministry of Transport for three important new energy bus standards, namely JT/T "General Technical Conditions for Pure Electric City Buses" and JT/T "Hybrids". The Technical Requirements for City Bus and JT/T "Technical Requirements for LNG Bus" were later included in the standard maintenance plan of the Ministry of Communications. Next, the bus branch will organize the industry to formulate the “Technical Requirements for Dual-Source Fast-Acting Bus Buses”, and at the same time, according to the development needs of new energy buses, relevant product standards will be formulated for important parts and components of new energy buses.

In view of the problems faced by new energy buses and the status quo of new energy bus technology, the bus branch also proposed to guide the development of new energy bus technology from four aspects.

First, increase the technical promotion of new energy buses. In the bus rating work, the rating of new energy buses is the focus of work, especially in terms of the dynamics, safety and comfort of new energy buses, and the production enterprises are encouraged to adopt new technologies. New technology, adopting new design methods and new control concepts, achieving technological breakthroughs in reducing body weight, improving power battery efficiency, and ensuring electrical system safety, and striving to match the design of new energy buses in China during the policy support period. , power system, manufacturing, cost control reached a higher level, so that new energy bus has a strong market competitiveness.

Secondly, explore the technological management innovation of the new energy road bus industry. At present, the new energy road passenger car technology has been developed more comprehensively, and scientific guidance and standardized management are urgently needed. Therefore, it is also necessary to explore and innovate in the technical management of the industry, and guide the technological development of new energy road passenger cars through scientific management. For example, based on relevant technical standards, we will try to carry out the rating of new energy road passenger cars, so that new energy buses will enter the operation market as soon as possible and accept market inspection.

In addition, it enriches the technical route of new energy buses and actively promotes the development of core technologies and key component technologies. At present, China's major bus companies have basically mastered the key battery management system and power system integration and matching technology, and domestic key components can also meet the needs of use, but the existing technology still has a certain gap from the market demand.

In addition, in terms of the reliability and efficiency of key components, China still has a certain gap from the international first-class level. The industry should also focus on the development ideas based on the development of key components and products with the power control system as the core. Develop and meet the transportation market demand in a short period of time.
