Second, do not blindly remove the engine thermostat: In the case of a high engine temperature if the blind thermostat removed, so that the engine is often working at a low temperature, resulting in concrete mixer car engine power decreased, accelerated wear, increased fuel consumption. In addition, the coolant can only be subjected to a large circulation, and the cooling intensity cannot be adjusted, and it is difficult to ensure that the engine operates at a suitable temperature. Do not blindly remove the thermostat.
Third, the engine with idling temperature: When using idling heating, due to lower speed, fuel due to poor low-temperature atomization, so that unburned fuel into the crankcase, flush off the oil film on the cylinder wall, it will also accelerate the wear of the parts. Therefore, after the engine of the concrete mixer starts for a few seconds, the application of fast idle temperature rises to improve the lubrication conditions of the engine.
Fourth, to ensure that the pump fan belt in the appropriate technical requirements: too tight belt will not only make it elongated or broken, shorten the service life of the belt, but also due to excessive tension, resulting in deformation of the concrete mixer truck shaft, water pump shaft Bending and early damage to the bearing.
