This year, the number of repairing steam turbine generators and furnace water pump motors has been significantly improved compared with previous years. This month, the repair task of a 25000 KW water-cooled steam turbine generator rotor of Juhua Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was completed. Water-cooled steam turbine generators have higher requirements for repair than air-cooled generators due to the special nature of their cooling methods. Not only to meet the sealing of the water pipe, the reliability of the joint, but also to meet the tight fit of the size of the guard ring. In previous years, we still have no experience in repairing this aspect. Only a small number of on-site repairs have been repaired by the motor factory. This time is a rare opportunity, we have fully grasped the opportunity, not only to make the motor can be perfectly repaired, but also completed 2 days in advance, and got the user's approval. In the future, we will have more say in the repair of water-cooled steam turbine generators, and also make our repair scope more extensive.
